Who we are
This website is run by Phantom Assets Ltd (Phantom Assets Property Group), company number 15887838, registered office 94 Ystrad Road, Pentre, CF41 7PW. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about this policy or your data: ben@harveybowes.com.
Cookies and similar storage
We only set analytics and advertising cookies if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, the tracking tools below are not loaded at all.
- Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager): cookies
_gaand_ga_<ID>, kept for up to two years, to count visits and see which pages are used and how people find the site. - Meta Pixel (Facebook): cookie
_fbp, kept for up to 90 days, to measure visits that come from our Facebook page and adverts.
Two items are stored in your browser without asking, because they only remember a choice you made on this site and are never
sent to anyone: pa_cookie_consent (your cookie choice) and a display preference set by the toggle at the foot of the
homepage.
If you withdraw consent, we stop the tools and delete the Google Analytics and Meta cookies this site set. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
Other services the site uses
- Vercel hosts the site and receives standard request details (such as your IP address and browser) to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
- Google Fonts delivers the page font, which means Google receives your IP address. It sets no cookies.
If you contact us
The site has no forms. If you email or phone us, we use what you send only to reply and to deal with your enquiry, and keep it for as long as that relationship needs it.
Where data goes
Google and Meta may process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
